Director Campaign

- Strategize, design and deliver large scale global Campaigns for India aligned with the company's strategy and develop a network of strategic partners to participate in the campaign from corporates, HNIs, governments, educational institutions, NGOs, Foundations, UN agencies etc.

- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure that key campaigns are a success and meet the desired objective and the person may be required to travel extensively.

- Will be responsible for ensuring all protocols are adhered to while engaging with global leaders/diplomats/delegations and participants go back with a positive experience.

- Recruit, lead and develop the team, including setting performance objectives and performance reviews together with the HR Lead.

Skills and Experience :

- The person should have Influencing Skills and strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

- He/She should also have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners and should have problem solving skills.

- Post-Graduate, preferably an MBA in Marketing or event management and should have Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in organizing campaigns, conclaves, conferences and/or events for government, institutions or corporates.
