We are looking for Business Transformation Director for one of the Global Leader into Contract Logistics Solutions based in Mumbai location, Minimum of 8-10 yrs of experience in similar role in another company. Preferring people from SupplyChain Consulting Background. Person should be passed from Good Engineering College & Good B-School.

Detailed JD :

- Identify strategic business transformation opportunities ahead of demand and for customer specific needs

- Collaborate with Business Development Head for potential big deals

- Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and establish network

- Present solution proposal and business fit to decision makers, engage in negotiations and close the deal

- Contribute to AGP of the company by bringing new large customers onboard

- Execute M&A projects in accordance with the guidelines, evaluation of target companies, preparation of internal decisions, due diligence and implementation of transactions including signing/closing

- Advise the stakeholders on the development and implementation of the country M&A strategies as a part of the strategic planning process

- Analyze and check the business plan and the assessment of the target company

- Maintain contact with 3rd parties (primary service providers in the M&A environment)

- Work very closely with local Business Development team

- Collaborate with internal functions that support the business process (Solution Design, operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, etc.),

- Handle external relationships (e.g. with financial/legal advisors, target company, banks) ; Internal relationships (e.g. with business units and other Finance departments)

- Coordination with Global Strategy & M&A team

- 8-10 yrs of experience in similar role in another company

- Ability to communicate at CXO levels

- First class communication and presentation skills; written and oral.

- Ability to work in high pressure environment and deliver to tight deadlines.

- Strategic thinker with attention to detail who is results focused.
