Director - Business Finance - Pharma

Specific requirements for this role:

1. Experience: Excellent performance record with 12-15 years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning, from an industry that is pharma, life science, FMCG, capital goods with an exposure to global scale of operations.

2. Education: Graduate in any discipline and MBA/CA/CFA

- Experience in Manufacturing/Plant Finance is mandatory-

This role will serve as a finance director for Business Divisions driving focus on the division financial management, cost to serve and adherence to plan.

- Prepare robust financial plans and track them for effective performance management.

- Align operating budgets to strategy

- Support strategic planning process

- Establish key drivers and publish score card on monthly basis. Variance analysis of revenue and costs

- Validate sales forecasts and Build project pipeline visibility and ongoing lead to order tracking

- Business risk management and pro-active definition of mitigation plans and closure of action points

- Drive proactive inventory and working capital management for the business

- Drive implementation of cost optimization programs
