A leading financial services organization into ratings is seeking to hire the under said

Director- Business Development - SME ratings (West and South)

Job Duties:

- Responsible for achieving financial targets for the SME business, in line with overall organizational goals

- Responsible for leading a highly effective and engaged sales team (size – 350 member team) spread across multiple location

- Identify new market segments to drive business to ensure consistent revenue growth for the business

- Develop sales and distribution strategy & ensure implementation of the same

- Drive a sales governance culture

- Should have very good understanding of the business environment, identify emerging customer needs and position SME Ratings to meet those needs

- The ideal candidate should have strong sales background and should have managed large teams

- The position can be based out of Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore/Pune
