Description :
- Develop plans and strategies to meet or exceed the revenue target in direct Sales
- Devise, implement, and modify as needed specific sales strategy that aligns with company goals
- Monitor competitive and market activity and provide feedback and recommendations to executive team
- Looking for candidates from Software / Solution Sales experience with strong relationship with BFSI customers
Profile :
- 10 to 15 yrs from Solution / Software Sales background with strong relationships in BFSI customer
- Extremely strong sales and business development experience - hunter/not farmer
- Selling experience comes from working in FinTech/Banking Tech companies, ITES companies, Software Solution companies
