Director - Business Development & Partnership (Travel domain)
Client : Financial Services Company
Location : GurgaonRole : BD & Partnership (Travel domain)Key Responsibilities :- Responsible for developing and executing end to end high impact strategic alliances and partnerships with leading corporates and Travel aggregators
- Be actively involved in assessing potential partnership opportunities in various sectors
- Assess various industries and evaluate landscape for prospective channel partners
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver new products for customers
- Manage key accounts and deepen relationships with clients by looking at opportunities for upselling/ cross-selling etc.
- Post sign off account management, evaluation of partnership performance - driving growth and revenue realization from the partnership
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Manage end to end partner relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and result tracking.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
Desired Skills and Experience : - At least 8-10 years prior experience in the Travel industry, preferably from airline or travel aggregator or Amadeus etc.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
