Director - Business Development - Offline Panel - Global MR Firm

As a people leader, you will also be able to motivate team members to build capabilities and strive for
excellence . In this role, you will be expected to initially work independently and gradually start building
a team of sales and BD managers to onboard new clients.

Roles & Responsibility:

- The primary responsibility (70%) will be to identify & and develop new business opportunities amongst existing clients the profile will also require working closely with the BD/sales team to acquire new accounts in India and Globally

- The secondary responsibility (30%) is to serve as the account lead for company existing clients, with responsibility for recurring revenue & and margin assurance and ensure appropriate high levels of service to those clients.

- Developing, maintaining and growing relationships with their identified clients, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service from the insights delivery teams

- Generate a healthy revenue funnel month on month aligning to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals

- Finding new calls for tenders for India and global research studies and responding to them by submitting comprehensive research proposals (including design and pricing elements) and pitch presentations in collaboration with delivery teams

- Identifying new business initiatives and leveraging skills across units

- Creating an environment that fosters new work/innovations/solutions

- Achieving growth and managing business financials

- Training and career development of staff

- Driving thought leadership in teams

- Negotiation of acceptable costs and contract agreements with the clients

- Overseeing the work of juniors and coordinating of work of different internal stakeholders.
