You are a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (New Client Acquisition) professional, confident, self-motivated, and as adept at developing relationships with potential customers as with business managers. You relish challenges, give your best and love seeing your efforts come to life.

NOTE: This is a PERM/DIRECT hire with my customer - An IT Services firm with global foot prints.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you:

1. Are not comfortable working Nights.

2. Do not have - New Client Acquisition experience in the US MSP Business Line.

3. Been accountable for all aspects of VMS/MSP client relations management, including cultivation, administration, and maintenance of the VMS/MSP client relationship.

4. Are unable to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Identify/target potential customers in the USA and develop new client accounts (MSP/VMS Accounts).

2. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.

3. Acquisition of new MSP clients. Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective business relationships with new clients.

4. Should be an active Listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close.

5. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

6. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

7. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

NOTE: The role needs someone to hit the ground running. prefer someone who can leverage their existing relationships with potential customers on the MSP side of business - US STAFFING.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience acquiring NEW MSP Logos.

2. Currently employed with a US Staffing Agency.

3. Has existing relationship with MSP Customers in the US which can be leveraged.
