Strategy Execution and Business Development

- Participate in the development and execution of Business strategies and priorities. 


- Identify opportunities and overcome obstacles to execute the growth strategy for scaling up the solutions business

- Maximize revenue growth and competitive standing in the market

- Develop sustainable business models and become more innovative

- Agreed priorities and results including aligned strategies, channel & customer and Partnership pipelines, and ultimately strong revenue generation

Sales, Delivery and Program Management

- Lead the Sales and Business Development teams of solutions for both Corporate and Academic channel to achieve mutually agreed revenue expectations.

- Build scalable and quality delivery framework and execute for excellent outcomes for all stakeholders

- Management of major initiatives from a Program management perspective. This includes being responsible for engaging with external Program Teams, holding other Program/Project managers accountable for within the initiative.

- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple moving parts, while actively meeting deadlines and ensuring delivery. Also ensure that project delivery is compliant with company methodologies and rules and regulations

Partnership Development

- Lead the development and execution of complete ecosystem of Sales to certification through academic and corporate partners as well as training and delivery vendors to ensure scalabilty and quality by building best practices and implementation framework.

Financial Management and P&L

- Develop annual expense budget, monitor performance and provide regular reporting.

- Lead the development of the Annual Sales Budget for the Test Prep and Solutions business in India.
