- Reach out to potential clients and evangelize our online game-based products in the Assessments and Learning space

- Develop a sales strategy to scale the long-term business of the organization

- Strive to meet and exceed targets

- Have the ambition to grow quickly within the organization

- Be a member of the care team, help identify market needs and be an active participant in building the product strategy.

- Work with founders to build a sales strategy and ensure it is driven across verticals - marketing, recruitment

- Build and lead a team overtime in the assigned region.
