JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION:

1. Develop and execute robust strategies for Scaling Up Business in Indian and International Markets.

2. Pitch to Large Companies for Doctor Insta On-boarding and clinch deals

3. Set up agile tracking systems for all business operations activities, analyze monthly progress against budgeted projections and suggest corrective strategies in case of deviations.

4. Work closely with our Investment Bank and Potential Investors for Future Fund Raising.

5. Regular interfacing with the B2B2C clients & B2C customers for getting their feedback for improvement in quality of service.

6. Set up and manage operational and customer relationship systems that efficiently and effectively support the business.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Graduate Degree in Business or Engineering with 5-10 years of post MBA experience.

2. Successful previous experience as HR/ Sales/ Business Development Head/Director within corporate sector with prior experience in pitching to HR or Benefits teams of Large Companies

3. Strong prospecting, Presentation skills with proven track record of closing deals with Corporate HR.
