What you'll be doing :
- One of the leading Financial institutions seeking an experienced & qualified candidate as a Director, Business Development to join their Global Markets Team.
- You will be responsible for originating HNI & UHNI clients in India by offering company's offshore banking products.
- It is important that you are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen. You should have a strong existing network of HNIs that can kick start company business immediately. This role requires you to have regular C-Level interaction to build new opportunities to present the company's products.
Skills, knowledge, & expertise :
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in business administration or commerce
- At least 10-15 Years of work experience in having handled HNIs/UHNIs & family offices in India
- Excellent command over English & any local language with proficiency in speaking & writing
- Deep understanding of offshore banking alternatives
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Existing network of HNI clients in India, preferably >10Crs Network HNIs
- Excellent understanding of the cross-border payments framework in India
Primary responsibilities :
- Strategic development of HNI/uHNI client base out of India
- Work closely with Product & Technology team to build offshore banking solutions for Indian HNIs/uHNIs
- Formulate plans to acquire HNI/uHNI clients and strategically develop a go-to market strategy to build the sector.
- Manage a team of HNI bankers in India to support servicing requirements for offshore banking
- Meet the sector targets through fee & subscription based revenue with an aim to grow the portfolio by 15% YoY
