JOB PROFILE:

- Set the business/product strategy, execute strategic plans, and drive revenue - growth (globally)

- Creating a strong retail distribution strategy for achievement of top - line & bottom - line targets

- Business planning operations & analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities

- Networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, particularly in the e-commerce sector

- Identifying new avenues for growth through prospective clients; generating business from the existing / newly explored clients

- In - depth analysis of market information and competition to finalize the marketing strategy

- Recruiting, training and developing a team of sales professionals

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 10-12 years experience of which at least five years has been in retail/consumer durables

- Ability to think from a business perspective and develop business strategies as also concepts/ideas

- Strong communication and relationship building skills

- Good negotiation skills - effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management

- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally

- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets in a fast paced and dynamic environment

- Leadership skills - to motivate and manage a diverse team

- Entrepreneurial
