Organization Description :

Our client is a leading global consulting brand offering a diverse range of business and technology consulting services to both private and public sector organisations in India. They are looking to recruit a senior business development professional with extensive experience of building and managing engagements in central government ministries.

Job Description :

Specific Responsibilities :

- Demonstrating subject matter expertise in areas such as technology consulting / social sector advisory / infrastructure/PPP project consulting

- Building, developing and growing the central government engagements, in terms of revenue, reach, relationships, and client experience

- Own and drive pursuits and RFP engagements

- Virtual management of cross functional and cross cultural project teams with a view to attaining defined goals

- Ensuring deep relationships with clients based on value delivered and measured by key metrics such as repeat business, breadth of services offered to the client and extent of C-suite relationships

- Ensuring clients and organisations success through collaborative and cohesive efforts with several stakeholders within the firm

Qualifications & Experience/ Competencies :

- Bachelors degree in engineering / MBA from a premier school / CA with 15+ years of experience

- High execution skills along with flair for generating business & managing and growing a considerably large and healthy book of business

- Demonstrated proven capabilities and experience in engaging C suite executives in Central government

- Demonstrated people leadership capability as a coach, guide and mentor, to deliver results by creating and or leveraging in house talent

- Entrepreneurial with demonstrated leadership qualities and high on integrity
