- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to set and break down business targets by revenue heads. Take ownership of the full funnel of activities needed to achieve the business goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships: Use your existing professional network to open conversations and explore opportunities across identified brands/categories.
- Build a business development team that has the capability and mindset to explore non personal network opportunities. Recruit best-in-class, multiskilled people for the BD team and create frameworks and SOPs for them to ensure that opportunities go from conversations to solutions & revenue mode in a time bound manner.
- Review client's monthly P&L statements, and analyse impact on account and agency profitability. Work closely with Finance team on contract and fees proposals.
- Work with multiple internal teams including strategy, design, communications, technology and more to create world-class pitch and solutions decks for client under discussion.
