Objectives of this Role:
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Preparing RFP's (Request for Proposals) for client meetings done
- Understanding client's needs and requirements and preparing customized decks and other collaterals accordingly
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Getting new business and clients onboarded
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Training business development staff
- Attending conferences and industry events
Skills and Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in Business Development
- Should have graduated from one of the Top 15 Business Schools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience of preparing RFP's and business decks is a must
- Should be willing to relocate to US if business need arises
