Position: Role:
- Drive the Business Development nationally across all services lines of the firm including Audit, Tax, Transaction Advisory etc.
- Develop account specific plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
- Develop CXO level relationships in customer accounts based on knowledge of customer requirements
- Actively work closely with all the Partners and Directors for cross-selling of services
- Remain updated on key industry trends that impact potential accounts and established relationship firms
- Build relationships with various trade bodies etc.
Requirements:
- CA/MBA
- 10+ yrs of experience
- Should have experience in a Business Development role in a Big-4 firm having exposure to business development of multiple service lines
- Strong relationships at a CXO level
- Good understanding of industry trends and issues which will impact potential clients
- Record of Consistent delivery of Business Development Targets
