What you will do:
- Build effective and impactful sales strategies
- Own and deliver on revenue targets
- Mentor and coach a team of passionate individuals
- Collaborate and contribute to Global RFPs and opportunities
- Prospect, Qualify and win RFPs; Enterprise deals
- Understand our competitors' services and selling techniques and be able to effectively sell against them
- Participate in industry events and networking events
- Work closely with Marketing team to build brand equity for
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in business or Marketing
- 10 years of overall experience; at least 7 years of direct sales experience in a consultative solution sales environment
- At least 3 years of advertising, affiliate marketing, or digital media experience
- 5 years of people management for a team size of at least 5, including goal setting, appraisals, coaching.
- Experience selling to the C/VP/Director level and providing best recommendations and guidance
- Strong knowledge of online advertising revenue models (CPM, CPC, CPA) a plus
