Responsibilities :

- Creation of MIS and formulate Trackers for all businesses

- Provide analysis of current vs Forecast and highlight gaps to management

- Collaborate with business heads to achieve key business metrics around Revenue & Collection, Timely delivery, and People

- Manage Board Reporting of key metrics

- Manage Investor MIS Reporting and Forecasting

- Drive Cost saving projects across the organization

- Provide Financial analysis for new business opportunities

Skills & Qualifications :

- MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 institutes or CA with 7-10 years of work experience.

- Experience in strategic planning, Financial Analysis and/or change management preferred

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.

- Ability to travel as needed

- Strong communication skills

This role will mean the person will be a part of the leadership team and will report to the CFO.
