Director - Business Consulting - Automotive & Industrials Sector

- Lead engagements & team members in automotive and industrials sector focused on business strategy, sales improvements and large scale transformation. Identify business development opportunities and actively contribute to solution & Thought Leadership development.

- Leads/ Manages large projects or programs

- Drive sales and actively participate in Business Development initiatives

- Ability to effectively manage the client to drive project outcomes

- Developing strong relationships with C-Suite and Functional Heads

- Maintains an awareness of market trends, competitor activity and product/services

- Ensure timely delivery of engagement with high quality

- Display excellent project management skills

- Independently drive problem solving and manage engagement delivery and drive effective implementation of desired outcomes

- Setting clear expectations for each of the team members on roles, deliverables, and timelines; and keeping them motivated and ensuring their well-being during project delivery

- Providing continuous feedback to team members and driving learning and development of self and team

- Identifies development needs of team and provides coaching, and mentoring

Skills/Qualifications-

- MBA/PGDM from Premier Business school

- B.E/ B.Tech

- 10-12 years of post-Qualification experience of which at least 4-6years in strategy consulting with strategy consulting firms/ big 4

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical bent of mind

- To facilitate effective account management across various streams of activities including: account planning and client relationship management, pipeline management, delivery alignment and client feedback.
