Responsibilities :
- Working closely with the CEO and COO to grow our customer base through both organic and paid channels; delivering on clear, measurable user and revenue growth metrics
- Experimenting across different marketing channels to come up with clear strategies to drive growth
- Overseeing marketing campaigns, creating a content strategy, running continuous experiments, managing our social media presence and establishing partnerships
- Building out an engaged community of parents working closely with the founding team to drive viral growth and relay feedback into building out the early product
- Bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role and the company; setting in place the building blocks for company culture as the organization grows
Qualifications :
- You believe in the value of a holistic education and its potential for challenges they will face in the future; you care deeply about successful outcomes and happy customers
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing or digital media marketing at a fast growing consumer startup
- Demonstrated proficiency in brand building including positioning, messaging and overall communications strategy
- Extreme comfort leveraging social channels, especially Whatsapp and Instagram, for user acquisition and engagement
- A data-driven approach to marketing; strong familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel and/or Google Analytics
- Ability to thrive in a small, tight and fast past environment (stage start up or a small team in a big company); self-motivated, goal-oriented and effective
- Outstanding communication and creative problem solving skills
- Highly appreciated: Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation
