Key Responsibilities
- To design and implement Marketing activities that help achieve the Brand's awareness, imagery and sales targets. This would include creating brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection - As the Brand Custodian, the primary responsibility is to ensure all marketing activities reflect the Brand values and adhere to the Brand guidelines - Reinforcing the brand's promise at each point of customer contact across store fronts and channels
- Single point contact for Creative Agencies to manage the campaign creation process. This entails writing inspiring creative & media briefs and to facilitate the agencies at all steps to ensure the communication development as well as media planning process is running smoothly and timelines are met
- Set up a process for measurement of Brand Equity, and manage the same on an ongoing basis - Help determine identities for new brands/sub-brands
- Strategize and execute initiatives to develop the right kind of marketing collateral (print and digital) in tandem with business marketing plans

- Demonstrate experience in marketing program execution, managing projects with multiple stakeholders and multi-tasking between various projects.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
- Experience overseeing the design and production of print as well as audio visual elements
- Experience in working with shared leadership and across cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand technology changes and identify opportunities to promote the company and its products
- Possess the ability to be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills - both for internal and external audiences
- Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion in confidential matters, maturity to deal with ad hoc responsibilities and excellent problem-solving skills
- have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
Education and Experience:
- 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in brand management and marketing communications preferable with a FMCG / app development / e-commerce organization
- Proven record of successfully managing branding campaigns is mandatory
- The ideal candidate would have experience of working as a Marketer as well as in an Agency
- Marketing degree (Masters or equivalent experience) is a must
