Director - Brand Development For A Leading E-Commerce Company

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 7-15 Years

Note :

Looking for candidate with current CTC above 25 Lpa & above.

Looking for candidate's ONLY from FMCG sector.

Core Responsibilities:

- Heading the role for Company's Brand marketing.

- Person would be responsible

- For creating a compelling Brand Identity and a Series of Relevant Communications that makes consumers actively consider Company's

- For developing a deep understanding of triggers and barriers for adoption of online shopping as a habit

- For developing Brand strategy and make timely interventions to keep brand in line with the identified vision and essence

- Forcreating and building Brand Identity of some of the Private Labels of Company's

- Driving awareness for the Company's brand and building brand equity among the core TG through mass media & targeted campaigns.

- Driving ATL & BTL programs as per agreed marketing calendar.

- Periodic and seasonal evaluations of Company's brand awareness/Health Tracks and planning to build the same on ongoing basis.

- Deliver topline by increasing number of visitors, conversions and the ticket size

Must Have Skills:

- MBA from Tier 1, B-School is a must (Target Y2004-2006 Batch pass outs)

- Preferred Organizations : Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Procter & Gamble, Britannia, Nestle, Reckitt & Benckiser, Cadbury, Marico, Glaxo Smith Kline, ITC, Colgate, L’Oreal, Samsung, Sony etc

- At least 4-5 years of Strong brand marketing experience in premier marketing led organizations (ideally both Brand Innovation and activation experience)

- Strong understanding of brand building and its impact on business P&L

- Deep consumerorientation and ability to convert consumer speak to “business relevant actionable insights”

- Ability to put together a comprehensive “go to market” plan across ATL and BTL channels

- Exposure to communication development, market research and media planning models

- Experience in handling Communication, Market Research and Media planning Agencies

- Strong communication and influencing skills

- Planning Learnability and adaptability around the new age technology and marketing strategies

- Strong business Partnership with good P & L understanding
