Director - BPM - Resource Planning & Forecasting Lead

Our client is a leading provider of Information Technology services, Business Process Outsourcing and Consulting Services, looking for an Associate Director / Director in the Corporate BPM function for Resource Plannning and Forecasting.

The role is responsible for driving key corporate level transformational initiatives in the resource planning & fulfillment area including establishing a systematic, efficient & effective resource management framework (from policy, processes & platform standpoint) across the organization.

Looking for at least 13+ years of relevant global and cross functional expertise and experience, preferably in a Tier 1 IT Services firm or Fortune 500 Company.

Role is based in Bangalore / Chennai
