Essentials :
- Should have built / led practices for BPM platforms for a consulting firm or global SI. In - depth knowledge of BPM methodologies and tools like PEGA, ARIS, IBM Blueworks, TIBCO, Appian
- Good understanding and relationship with key buyers of BPM services in Corporate India and IT / BPO Captives
- Ability to build / leverage global relationship with BPM vendors to create BPM practice
- Capable to deliver on revenue and profitability target for BPM offering
- Experience in building BPM delivery organization including, hiring, training, on boarding and enabling delivery methods
- Experience of delivering complex BPM engagements with global organization across geographies
- Willing to work in complex matrix organization and work with multiple stakeholder to deliver on business objectives

- Lead complex client engagements
- Advice Engagement Partner for activities such as engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization
- Lead the delivery / execution of high quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations

Academic Qualifications :
B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background
Experience :
12+ years of relevant post MBA experience
Consulting or Global SI background (preferably) or Industry background (leading BPM function)
