Summary of Job :  - This position is responsible for the oversight of Billing, Revenue Assurance and Collections teams in India. The role carries responsibility for global production of client invoices as well as a range of company-wide revenue control and receivable collection processes.   - Experience of managing billing and collections functions is required as well as an extensive mutli-team people management competency.   - The successful candidate will very likely hold a recognized accountancy qualification. They will also be competent in metric reporting, used to operating within a matrix structure and working with teams in multiple locations across the globe including the US, UK and India.   - The role will involve ownership of existing functions as well as the transitioning of new global functions and establishing clear operating processes and instructions  - Manage the Billing, Revenue Assurance and Collections teams based in Bangalore   - Have full responsibility for the output, quality and completeness of the teams.   - Together with other functional owners within GFO ensure billing and collections business objectives are met   - Establish and maintain a best practice control environment.   - Establish meaningful performance objectives that align with organizational strategy   Job Qualifications :   - Minimum of 10 years of people leadership of direct and indirect reports within a large international organization   CA - Qualification strongly preferred.   - 10-15+ years experience in a senior finance roles with full personal responsibility for accounting functions   - Extensive experience of and expertise in billing and accounts receivable functions   - Strong leadership skills; Ability to lead group of diverse individuals in a high performance team   - Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)
