Brief About the Role;
- Deliver smart data models that generate revenues
Create new smart data models:
All models must be globally scalable with estimated impact of - 10m for markets. All models will need to deliver on three core areas
- Shopper & consumer touchpoints
A) Data models that are designed to understand, derive superior insight, enhance or disrupt the shopper journey pre, during and post shopping for products.
Category management:
- Data models that enhance our category management capability with our external customers.
- Particular focus on driving market development and enhancing the retailer customer economic model (penetration, frequency, basket size, cost)
In market execution:
a) Smart models that help with identification of where to play and how to win choices for field resource
B) Models that enable faster decision making internally about deployment of resources
- Set clear criteria for model development and measurement / KPI's to track success.
- Work with markets to leverage Data Models and ensure maximum effectiveness and revenue delivery.
- Work with IT (internal) and 3rd Party Data / Analytics firms to deliver new SMART DATA solutions that can work within IT environment or serviced in an effective and efficient manner (Cloud Solutions).
Scale smart data model globally:
- Identify current models and then Share and Reapply across markets.
- Ensure any model being developed is globally scalable. Work with Cluster Leads, market CDVP's to implement solutions across markets.
Develop data/Analytics capability:
- Identify and short list key internal / external preferred data & analytics partners. Manage the relationship and projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Development of how to guide for developing smart data models
- Thought leadership in the area of Data and Model development including exploring new DATA sources, new Analytical Model or competitor development.
