JD for CA Firm Responsibilties: - Assist Partner in planning and managing overall Management Audit Business. - Assist in overseeing and supervising daily operations of all the assignments. - Adhere to and encourage compliance with regulations and internal policies and documentation for various assignment. - Assist in staffing duties such as identifying requirement for resources, conducting technical round of interviews, managing idle time of resources etc. - Assist Partner in budget planning, cost analysis of the assignments handled. - Tracking and managing regular invoicing. - Perform duties given by the Partner. Requirements: - Chartered Accountant 7-8 years of experience - Experience in conducting Statutory Audits of Banks and Insurance. - Experience in performance and operations concurrent audit of Banks. - Knowledge of RBI Regulations - Proficient in MS Office, Excel etc. - Knowledge of related Core Banking Software (e.g. Finacle, Flex Cube, Omni etc.) - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Curated leader - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills, people management.
