We have a requirement with a leading Investment Bank in Pune Location.

Designation: Director - Basel.

Our Client is a leading Investment bank based out of Pune . The client is looking to hire a Director for the BASEL reporting team

- Basel experience either in Local Indian Bank or Foreign Bank.

- Need strong Capital Calculation Reporting experience .

- Excellent understanding of BASEL and Credit Risk Rules.

- Owner of the Basel Rules tool for Global Bank.

- Compliance Reporting for IB RWA numbers.

- Overseas Indians working for US / European Banks in BASEL leadership role are preferred

- People from Indian banks managing Credit Risk and BASEL calculation and reporting are welcome to apply.

- Senior profile who can manage people process and issues well.

- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner.

- Excellent organizational, problem solving, leadership, written and verbal communication skills

- 16 - 24 years of experience.

- Leadership skills, stakeholder management and an aggressive approach.
