Our Client is a leading Investment bank based out of Pune. The client is looking to hire a Director for the BASEL reporting team

- BASEL experience either in Local Indian Bank or Foreign Bank

- Need strong Capital Calculation experience not mere reporting

- Excellent understand of BASEL and Credit Risk rules

- Owner of the Basel Rules tool for Global Bank

- Compliance Reporting for IB RWA numbers

- Overseas Indians working for US / European Banks in BASEL leadership role are preferred

- People from Indian banks managing Credit Risk and BASEL calculation and reporting are welcome to apply

- Senior profile who can manage people process and issues well

- Strong communicator

Atleast 16 - 24 years of experience

- Leadership skills, stakeholder management and an aggressive approach
