Job description:

We are hiring Female Candidates for Director - Banking / Investment Banking/ Financial operations

Must be strongly expertise in Banking Operations either from BPO or from Banks or Banks BPS

Must be having strong experience around 18 yrs and above.

Successful launches of high risk and complex Operations and IT programs on time and within budget, from inception to delivery to process establishment.

Drove the technical vision, design and implementation of various banking applications. Reviewed proposals, negotiated contracts, managed technical issues and prepared Steering Committee reports

Lead a team of highly talented individuals. Worked successfully in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders, with direct employees and dotted-line reporting talent. Prepared & implemented optimised strategic operating models

Responsible for delivering testing and proving at divisional/ programme level

Extensive liaison and direct contact with a diverse range of business and technology functions, both within and outside of the bank

Represent Testing and Proving at appropriate governance forums providing specialist knowledge and support

Define, adapt and maintain Business Testing and Proving methods and techniques, in line with bank and industry best practice.

Deliver Excellence in the form of a business testing and proving function that is perceived by stakeholders to protect and serve the interests of the business, whilst giving value for money.

Take the lead role in the reception of new testing requirements, actively managing the activities through project initiation.

Maintain resource and financial plans

Ensure appropriate business input to the on-going Testing and Proving activities and to the prioritisation of work across the India based testing and proving teams. Determine and quantify options and solutions to support the agreed strategy and approach.

Change Management - Implementation Services: This team is responsible for successful implementation of changes initiated by Global Transaction Services (GTS) Change Management, with minimal impact for the client across Global GTS Channels. The team increased in scale and complexity following - Project Cove- a project intended to identify hubbing opportunities at Chennai for GTS Change Management
