Job Summary :

- The Director of Banking Alliances will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, planning, and execution of all banking partnerships and alliances for the company.

- The Director of Banking Alliances will lead a team of professionals and work closely with various departments, including business development, marketing, legal, compliance, and finance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive banking partnership and alliance strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and growth initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key banking partners and alliances and other financial institutions.

- Work aggressively on business development, promotion and building brand of the company.

- Ensure a higher level of engagements with the banks.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.

- Lead the team responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with banking partners and alliances, ensuring excellent communication, and issue resolution.

- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

- Monitor and report on partnership performance, including tracking key metrics and providing regular updates.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to banking and payment gateways and ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

The successful applicant :

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or related industries, with a proven track record of success in partnership and alliance management.

- Good network with different banks

- Good knowledge about relationship management and growth opportunities with bank

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for growth.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and interpret key business drivers.

- In-depth knowledge of banking and payment gateway systems, processes, and technologies.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to banking and payment gateways.
