Director - B2C Sales & Operations - EdTech

Exp : 7 - 10 Years 

Looking to hire for an Edtech:

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets 

- Expand our customer base. 

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- 4+ years working experience in running a high-performing country-wide Sales team.

- Understanding of Ed-Tech industry is a must.

- Prior experience with Renewals & Retention is a plus.

- 2+ years of strategy consulting experience is a plus.

- 5-6 years of experience in Sales Operations and B2C Sales is mandatory

- Leading a team of 50+ People.
