Director - Banking/Ecom/ Telecom B2C Acquisition of servicing or onboarding or PMO

Digital Acquisition; There are 4 different openings for B2C Acquition of servicing or onboarding or PMO

- Major criteria is Retail Digital Transformation

- Ecom and telecom also suits good . This is Director level profile

- Develop end to end client journeysto drive Acquisition capability. Understand client's needs and proactively delight them with special experiences to drive superior client experience.

- Develop and maintain a strategic plan with a year on year delivery plan.

- Work with all stakeholders and functional groups to deliver the digital capability in line with Retail Banking end-to-end Digital strategy

- Lead a team of Journey Owners to deliver the capabilities through agile delivery teams.

- Work with the country teams to agree on the global capabilities and prioritisation.

- Accountability to maximise delivery of business benefits from the capabilities developed.

- Analyse digital acquisition strategies and models to maximize and optimize sources of leads and conversion

- Propose new digital concepts to increase competitive advantage

- Discover new technologies to find suitable solutions for our digital assets

- Work closely with Group Products, Segments, Marketing, Partnerships, Alliances, Analytics and collaborate to create global frameworks

- Work closely with audit and compliance to clear open issues and follow up with Group and Country teams

- Use analytics, data and insights to steer digital acquisition, sales and main digital KPIs

- Maintain, manage and upgrade the web platform as the main digital acquisition channel

Strategy :

- Lead strategy of digital acquisition and relevant digital onboarding journeys

- Leverage new concepts and innovative technologies to seamlessly engage, nurture and acquire customers

Transactional and Functional Developments:

- Create and propose new digital product concepts and functionalities

- Create benchmarks coordinated with global teams, regions and local teams

- Coordinate the prioritization of transactional and functional development with Group and Country teams

P&L and KPI Responsibility :

- Co-responsible for Digital P/L and new digital KPIs for digital products & services

- Work with Country and Group teams to improve digital acquisition financial performance

- Follow the increases/decreases and share with the top Management and local teams

- Establish new methods and performance dashboards for tracking, monitoring and improving digital sales performance across products, platforms and countries

Macro Research for being - best in class

- Conduct regular competitor analysis and macro research to understand the latest best practices and propose new opportunities

- Keep abreast of all developments in digital globally (global and local competitors and core technologies)

- Keep abreast of all developments in digital client experiences globally, across all non-banking industries as well (e.g. Retail, Airlines and Telecommunications)

- Keep abreast of digital banking innovative technology developments, particularly those of FinTech companies

- Engage relevant professional services firms to obtain their ongoing updates and views on relevant topics e.g. Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte and McKinsey

- Engage relevant technology research firms to obtain their ongoing updates and views on relevant topics e.g. Forrester, Gartner and Ovum

User Experience / User Interface:

- Follow best in class methodology and tools for communication elements and user experience capability design, such as storyboards, scripts, mock up screen designs, visual prototypes, working prototypes, live chat, etc

- Develop hypothesis for improving the user experience based on macro and micro research

- Utilize methods and tools, develop materials for communicating new areas of capability or improvements in existing areas of capability for the team to take and turn into detailed business requirements

- Optimize user experience, reduce friction and minimize time to purchase

Digital Tech Stack Management :

- Identity and assess best-in-class vendors for Digital Acquisition and Marketing Automation Tech Stack

- Build and integrate best-in-class Digital Acquisition / Marketing Automation Tech Stack within the bank, leading vendor assessment and onboarding, as well as leading implementation of the Tech Stack in-markets

- Work closely with Sales and Engineering to develop and integrate new platforms

- Monitor and report developments and results

Build Support Activities:

- In collaboration with the Build lead will define initiatives and give it a vision and will encompass;

- Defining Epics, Defining Stories, Participate in Sprint Planning, Work closely with respective scrum masters on Journey Backlogs and Progress, Attend retrospect at end of every sprint cycle, Work closely with Business Stake holders to define right, complete and clear stories, attend sprint demos and help coordinate business users for demo session.
