Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for expanding our market leading products & solutions in India and responsible for Topline growth across the globe - Good working knowledge of Payments, Banking and Financial domain - Will lead the regional partnership in managing Go-to and Go-through alliances with various OEMs and Sis - Will also be responsible to the spokesperson of the company in events and marketing and all different Industry forums - To manage the entire sales life cycle from planning to tactical activities for revenue - Understanding customers' diverse & specific business needs and applying services /product knowledge to meet those needs, factoring in country-wise regulation - Strategizing effective sales plans, country wise, and meeting sales targets - Responding to bid documents, creating proposals, reports and supporting literature - Responsible for New (hunting) and Existing (Farming) business in every geography. Existing Business relationship will be supported by Client Partners from LOBs that carry a major revenue for a particular client. - Responsible for cross sell and upsell across the LOBs and across new and existing business lines and geographies - Delivering presentations and demo(s) to clients - Target FY 21: $ 2- 3 million(10 million over a 3 years window) - Targeting large banks (issuers) and fintech space.
