The key accountabilities for the Director, BD - North are as below:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Lead the sales effort for the geography and achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, the sales team and building long-term client relationships
- Provide innovative ideas for business growth
- Negotiate and close agreements with customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' need
