Director/AVP/VP - Business Development/Sales - Online Panel Business - Global MR Firm


This role will require you to work closely with the leadership team to plan sales and growth strategies for Market Research services in India. We are looking for sales professionals having a hunter mindset with a proven track record of building deep client relationships and account penetration.

The role is for Director/AVP/VP of Sales/BD for global online panel business. We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in online market research, client management, and a passion for conversations and relationship building.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide clients with comprehensive account management and business consulting services as required, balancing client needs with team requirements. Leading and motivating team to improve customer service with clients by Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.

- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports including estimating projections, sales pipeline by clients/markets.

- Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices and if you establish a sales training program to train new employees you plan your growth.

- Utilize network and professional contacts to identify and nurture potential business opportunities.

- Leverage your industry relationships to open doors and create valuable connections.

- Meeting clients and prospects as a subject matter expert, providing insights, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to building strong client relationships.

- Working closely with Account Managers to secure and nurture established client relationships by developing and execute deep account penetration strategies.

- Collaborating with pricing and delivery stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity within existing client accounts and work together to expand our services and offerings.

Strategic Decision-Making:

- Partner closely with the executive team and Utilize data to provide valuable insights that inform strategic choices.

- Anticipate potential challenges and opportunities on the horizon. Develop and present multiple scenarios to assess the impact of various decisions on the growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

- Evaluate potential risks associated with strategic choices and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the success and progress. Regularly review and adjust these metrics to stay aligned with changing business conditions.

- Responsible for P&L for business accounts created and managed, ensuring financial optimization and alignment with predicted gross margins
