Your Role: - Collaborating with HODs/CXOs and understand the role requirements in different job functions - Sourcing great talent for multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player - Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on-boarding - Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth.
