- Culture and Brand Leadership: Take the lead in shaping and implementing the client and customer - culture and brand, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Organizational Culture Reinforcement: Embed values and behaviors in key employee touchpoints to strengthen our organizational culture and maintain a positive work environment.
- Employee Engagement Oversight: Oversee the annual Employee Engagement Survey, driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement across the organization
- Talent Management: Identify top talent by conceptualizing, designing, and executing talent management frameworks, building a robust talent pipeline for future success.
- Competency Tool Matrix: Develop a comprehensive Competency Tool Matrix for each competency, enhancing organizational effectiveness.
- Compensation Benchmarking: Serve as an internal consultant, conducting compensation benchmarking to provide valuable market insights for informed decision-making.
- Leadership Development: Create engaging and effective learning content aligned with organizational goals and leadership development needs.
