Job Description - This is a global role to lead a team across geographies to develop and deliver robotic automation systems and strategies for the organization globally.

Description

- RPA Leader will be responsible to drive the automation system and strategy to provide solutions to the organization managing governance and technology design.

- You will lead a team across geographies to identify, design, implement and maintain automation/robots.

- You will partner with IT Leadership to identify new technologies and develop strategies to drive automation and efficiency improvements.

- Assess and benchmark strategies and technologies vis-a-vis other organizations and consulting firms

- The team will also oversee project management and be responsible for all controls and technical environment.

Profile

- B.E/B.Tech/MS in Computer Science from a top tier institute

- At least 10+ years of experience working on automation anywhere, RPA with exposure to AI, Machine Learning etc.

- Strong track record success working in a global environment managing international stakeholders is a must

- Ability to identify gaps and opportunities to enhance automation in systems and processes
