JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Audit markets Director works with senior leadership with Markets strategy for Audit practice of CA CONSULTING FIRM, interact with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis. He/she is responsible for lead generation and pipeline creation from the assigned Programs and initiatives. He/she qualifies the lead with the help of KPMG internal stakeholders, supports the lead pursuit and plays an active role in lead closure.

- Director actively engages with Audit leadership and partner/ director group such as  Audit Executive team, location leaders, location markets partners, and wider PD group during the lead generation to establish Companies credibility and value proposition in front of potential clients. He/she obtains relevant insights on priorities, opportunities and trends with respect to the programs identified in the Markets Strategy and shares it with the KPMG team.

- The Markets Director is responsible for developing, executing and monitoring the practice CRM (sales plan).

- The Markets Director is expected to work closely with the location Markets partner in monitoring the implementation of market programs at the ground level and facilitate execution, as required and share best practices with locational teams

- The Markets Director will be responsible for driving identified programs/ initiatives for lead generations centrally

- The Markets Director is also responsible for the execution of practice strategy w.r.t media visibility and though leadership initiatives. Market Director will need to work closely with the Knowledge management team in executing these initiatives

- Markets Director will be responsible in representing the practice in various Firm initiatives across sectors/ service lines

- Markets Director will need to mentor and guide a 12 to 15 member audit markets team

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : 

- Postgraduate in Marketing/ Finance with strong experience in the Indian Market

- Demonstrated experience marketing and delivering professional firm services (consulting, audit, tax)

- Experience in the services industry in a matrix organization is preferred

- Strong analytical skills and logical ability
