- Provide independent assurance that an organization's risk management, governance, and internal control processes are designed and operating effectively - Partner with the Business teams in defining processes and frameworks. - Develops and executes an annual internal audit plan using appropriate risk-based methodology, including any risk or control concerns identified by management or the Audit Committee, and submits that plan including the resource requirements for the year to the Vice President - Internal Audit for review and recommendation to the Audit Committee for approval. - Help the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. - Leads the development of the initial Audit Plan. Responsible for audit prioritization and resource allocation throughout the year. - Directs assigned teams through risk and control identification, and development of audit testing procedures. Independently reviews the work of others and concludes on the effectiveness and ranking of audit Qualification : - CA and CISA,CIA Desirable - 9 years' experience in Internal Audit roles. - More than 5 years of management experience (leadership of managing a team of professional auditors) - Experience in Enterprise Risk management , Sarbanes Oxley &&nbsp;Data analytics experience and&nbsp;exposure to Cybersecurity &amp; IT Audits preferred - Understanding of regulatory, accounting, and financial industry best practices relevant to the business, including technology and data implications - Background in information systems, data analytics or information technology would be a plus - Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects&nbsp;
