BNC is hiring Director/ Associate Director - Regulatory for consulting entity
1. Advisory, Compliance support and Opinions on matters under Companies Act 2013.
2. Working knowledge of Advisory, Opinions and guiding compliances of
3. NBFCs and under SEBI.
4. Exposure to mergers, demergers and reconstructions.
5. Representation at Authorities.
6. Basic working knowledge and exposure to FEMA.
7. Interacting with Senior Management of Client Groups including UHNIs,
8. Family Offices and large Corporates from various industries for successful completion of assignments and enhancing client dealings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. CS / LLB with 10-16 years of relevant post qualification experience in Company Law and FEMA &/or SEBI &/or NBFC &/or M&A matters.
2. Requisite knowledge and experience in above fields, having worked on similar matters at reputed consulting / CS or CA Firm / Law Firm / Large Corporate.
3. Expert technical knowledge in terms of understanding & interpreting current legislation and its practical application.
4. Good Communication and Presentation Skills, especially for interactions with clients and authorities.
5. Proven Client handling and relationship skills.
