About the Role: Incumbent will be responsible for driving the product vision and roadmap. You should be strategic, detail oriented and have exceptional data analysis skills. What you'll do - Devise Product Vision & Strategy: You will be responsible for defining the long term strategy and build quarterly roadmaps to achieve the product vision and create impact. Explore and understand the core consumer behavior, the global best practices in game development and engagement to come up with product roadmap. - Ownership: You are someone who will take ownership, drive discussions, prioritize features, collaborate withmarketing, business and tech teams to deliver outcomes, and who can manage high pressure and performance environments. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your area of focus. - Structured Problem Solving: Product solving with a problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach. - Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives. - Execution: You will be execution-focused and will be collaborating with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time. - Communication skills: You will have strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner - Build Product Team: You will have the ability to build your own team, and will have to ensure high team motivation and high-quality outcomes Qualifications: - 5 or more years of experience in product management in an e-commerce/ OTT/ E-learning/Gaming company. - Overall 5-12 years of experience - Team management experience - Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Business from a top tier school. - Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to understand and talk technology. - Passionate about technology - pro-activeness in developing an understanding of various applications of technology, has worked with technology teams in depth - Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams. - Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling, and addictive user experiences. - A deep understanding of consumer behavior which will support product delivery from concept to implementation. - Previous start-up, gaming, consumer internet, e-commerce experience - Excellent communication skills
