The role can be based in Bangalore or Mumbai depending on the candidate

Key Result Areas :

- Lead operations for all Payment/ Banking services and Products of the company

- Setting Policy and Operating Procedures

- Operation Strategy and Framework

- Work with stakeholders- Founders, CFO, Technology, Risk and Product Teams

- Obsessively work on Automation, digitization and Self service based solutions

- Work on continuous improvement and identification of any weak links

Person Profile :

- At least 12 years experience in Operations, Process Excellence

- Extensive experience in Digitization & Automation

- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder management

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail while driving tactical product delivery

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn quickly and manage numerous projects concurrently

- Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome unexpected roadblocks
