Role Summary:

As an AD/Director - Forensic Investigation, you will be involved in winning and delivering work across investigations services and business assignments related to it, you'll package overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products and act as a subject matter expert, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape services to client problems.

Driving improvements in business processes, you'll serve as a role model for Forensic Investigation vertical and make sure that project teams understand and comply with our service guidelines.

As a respected senior professional you'll communicate effectively with Netrika' s engagement partners and staff to build, manage and motivate high-performing teams, and help key staff to build sustainable competencies, supporting them to make an impact that matters and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service across fraud prevention and forensic investigation engagements.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage fraud and forensic investigations (e.g., occupational fraud, bankruptcy and insolvency, insurance fraud, mortgage fraud, procurement fraud etc.).

- Work and lead on challenging projects related to white collar crimes, fraud investigations, corporate compliance and Ethics, forensic accounting, and financial and economic damages analyses, in a rapidly growing team with multidisciplinary skill sets.

- Display understanding of client needs, priorities and anticipate related challenges.

- Identify and resolve issues on your engagements demonstrating broad technical and people skillset.

- Prepare work plans and review electronic data, accounting, financial and non-financial records.

- Ensure high quality working papers and analysis by team members.

- Prepare client deliverables including forensic and investigation reports. Present findings to clients

- Liaise with senior client personnel, in -house counsel, external legal teams, witnesses, and regulators

- Develop and promote a strategic vision both internally and externally. Plan and develop the overall Forensic investigation strategy for our company at PAN India level.

- Create, implement, and communicate Forensic investigation policies and procedures, define FI strategy, objectives, and governance.

- Helps with development & Implementation of fraud awareness training programs for staff at different levels of seniority.

- Lead and execute investigations, analyze potential threats/lapses by conducting assessments/ audits and searching/ identifying for potential breaches. Analyze fraud trends and internal control failures uncovered during the investigation process to develop a more fluid fraud prevention programme.

- Develop & monitor budget for FI vertical

- Seek and develop new business opportunities in various geographies

- Independently, proactively engages with client with end-to-end client management ability.

- Working with multidisciplinary teams.

- Awareness & abreast with sustainable best global practices in Forensic Investigation.

- Represent as a speaker at various forums on Forensic topics.
