BNC is hiring for Big 4 for Director / Associate Director (Financial Risk Management - Insurance, Actuary) role.

1. Candidate will be accountable for providing invaluable insights and guidance to clients and engagement teams

2. Build strong relationships and credibility with our clients.

3. You will lead business development efforts in areas of insurance and actuarial consulting working closely with cross-functional consultants across risk management, accounting, digital, tax, strategy.

4. Lead client responses (RFP/RFI etc.) and client pitches

5. Define target state and transition architectures and roadmaps

6. Evaluate the insurance technology landscape for emerging technologies, patterns and solutions that can benefit KPMG & our clients, not just restricted to IFRS / Ind AS systems

7. Explore new actuarial software models and likely model validations

8. Keep up to date with competitive insights and market trends.

9. Candidate will be responsible for leading large, often multi-disciplinary teams, identifying team member development needs and accelerating development with emphasis on managing and mentoring engagement team members, coaching and skills transfer.

10. Play an active role in the performance management process by completing goal setting, interim review, and year-end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Statistics or equivalent

2. Qualified / close to qualified actuary

3. 12-15 years of deep actuarial and insurance experience at either a Financial Services (FS) organization or a leading actuarial consulting background

4. Experience in consulting is preferred but not mandatory

5. Proven track record of a deep understanding of actuarial elements and ability to cross-link and connect
