Job Description
Practice Management Responsibilities
- Responsibility of leading the data analytics services for the firm under Technology Advisory practice, overseeing all activities and ensuring alignment with the business's vision and objectives.
- Build and consolidate our data analytics / visualization / warehousing business for the practice
- Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems across various areas in government / private sector clients and build newer and innovative service areas
- Responsible for achieving targets as per the firm policies and communicating results, and develop plans
Client Engagement and Project Deliveries
- Lead multiple, simultaneous consulting engagements with clients on business operations and performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee, monitor and manage all projects & assignments (internal and external) which the firm is currently delivering.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs
- Responsible for managing analytics projects, collaborating with client stakeholders and GT's team.
- Responsible for entire project lifecycle in managing analytics projects
Team Management
- Responsible for managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams
- People management; provide coaching, mentoring and day to day management to individual team members.
- Lead practice building activities (e.g., recruiting, pre-sales, marketing material and thought leadership development)
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech or equivalent and MBA or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of experience as a consultant in Analytics, Data Architecture & Engineering, Business Intelligence, Solution & Enterprise Architecture, and Systems Integration
- 10+ years of experience in managing projects related to Data Strategy, Data Science & ML Methodologies, and Analytics / BI Program Management and in projects that are Big Data / Analytics/Data Science using modern approaches on Data Platforms
-Working experience with analytics platforms (Tableau, Microsoft, Domo, IBM, SAS etc.)
- Prior experience in Go-To-Market and target oriented roles will be an added advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to develop, guide and manage new service areas, analytics business transformation projects and associated customer relationships
