CSR- Director/Associate Director: Business Development and Bid Management

- We are looking for Director / Associate Director - Business Development and Bid Management (Government & Public Sector) with relevant experience in solutions / consulting / technology sales.

- Looking for someone who has a knack for business development and sales, uncovering human motivation, people management, passion for social development & research, thrive on challenges and wish to be a part of a fast paced and high growth organization.

Role requirements :

- Comprehensive understanding of the organization's public's market offer / solutions

- Pro-actively identifying target clients and positioning solutions and services

- Developing market / client specific solutions with the research and technology teams

- Building relationships with clients and pro-actively positioning solutions / building pitch

- Understanding of Indian central and state government procurement processes

- Understanding of IFIs, UN organizations, Bi/multi-laterals, NGOs and Funder space

- Addressing bids and RFPs Closing sales and achieving targets assigned

- Building relationships and brand image Social sector understanding and sound client relationships

- Leading a team of Business Development and bid management executives / support

- Good presentation and communication skills with a very sound hold on business communications

- Well versed on MS Office suite required for Business Development (word, powerpoint etc.)

- Relevant experience in handling govt bids and engaging with senior / mid-level government officers

- Sound understanding of govt tendering process and evaluate risks / terms & conditions in govt bids

- Hands-on experience in putting together proposal / documentation required for biding including coordination with various internal teams

- Excellent at MS Excel and ability to compile costing / pricing sheet with scenario analysis

- Good appreciation of in IT consulting / Business Consulting / Management consulting with preference for exposure to development sector

- Ability to understand technology and discuss solution components with technical teams

- Working experience in a similar role with a Consulting / IT organization will be an added advantage

- Archiving documents and keeping records, MIS & tracking
