Director/ Associate Director Ad Sales & Monetization.
Role Objective :
- Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the client base and constantly creating a digital brand need.
- Generate high value opportunities for brands by presenting Ad solutions with structure, best practice case studies, confidence, and compelling supporting data.
Role Responsibilities :- Conceptualising various options and solution models to the interested advertisers converting the prospects to paid accounts and retention.
- Close sales deals with CXO level stakeholders. Should be able to work on complex deals with multiple stakeholders involved.
- Developing digital transformation programs for SME manufacturers for promoting and growing business with Moglix marketplace
- Working closely with the operations team in ensuring campaign execution and reporting requirements are well covered as per mutually agreed SOPs and SLAs.
- Bringing efficiencies in pitching & plan closure processes enabling the team to handle higher targets
- Looking for opportunities to monetize from online platform properties and traffic / impressions
- Connecting and pitching to prospects from industrial products manufacturer and brands fraternity who are interested in promoting products and services to the same target customers market. -
- Set up clear account management processes to leverage all available resources including data, optimization, marketing, operations etc. to drive up advertiser's performance and investment.
- Work closely with product, marketing, operation teams to define new solutions and opportunity areas to grow the brand business.
- Run campaign management of the ad portfolio of clients, including on-boarding, consulting and meeting goals.
Education : MBA from Reputed institute (Tier 1/1.5 preferred)
Qualification & Experience :- Work Experience- 8+ years of experience in advertisement Sales, business development, and/or online media environment.
- Experience in sales, consulting, media or advertising.
Knowledge/ Skills :- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening and group facilitation.
- Ability to present advertising solutions to multiple
- Experience in relationship & stakeholder management.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills. High level of ownership.
